Welcome to Goose Fat & Garlic, The Restaurant & Wine Bar
Located in the historic town of Sawbridgeworth, Goose Fat and Garlic is established as the restaurant and bar of choice for customers looking for quality food served in comfortable and friendly surroundings. We've just rolled out our new Summery menus, Spring into Summer A La Carte, the all new Weekly Set Price menu (which, as the name suggests, changes every Monday), an updated, and 'internationalised' Tapas menu, and our lighter Sunday lunch menu (though there are still two roast choices available). We've also just introduced to our wine list, 50 cl carafes. Choose from red, white or rosé wines from Southern France.

Our NEW Carafes of wine are just £8.50 per 50cl, around £4 less than a bottle of house wine. Just £6.00 during Happy Hour (5-7 every evening).
