Starters

Curried parsnip soup with parsnip crisps (V)

Duck liver and redcurrant paté with pear chutney

Pan fried sea bass fillet with horseradish tartare and rocket leaves

Tomato, mozzarella and Serrano ham salad topped with crispy basil leaves (v- without ham)

Moules Marinières - fresh mussels steamed in white wine, shallots, garlic and fresh cream

Sautéed chicken livers with balsamic reduction, sage, cherry tomatoes and linguini

Desserts

A selection of ice creams and sorbets

Classic Eton mess - whipped cream, berries and meringue

A plate of English and French cheeses served with biscuits

Fresh fruit salad with cream

Lemon posset with a berry compote and lemon shortbread

Main Courses

Traditional roast sirloin of beef with home made Yorkshire pudding, potatoes roasted in goose fat, and horseradish sauce

Roast free range chicken served with goose fat roasted potatoes

Pan fried Gloucester Old Spot pork escalope with garlic mash, grilled cherry tomatoes and a natural jus

Grilled fillet of salmon with sautéed new potatoes, sesame coated green beans and topped with a lightly spiced tomato crust

Spinach gnocchi with a blue cheese sauce (V)

Home made fish pie topped with a cheddar glaze and king prawns

All main courses served with a selection of seasonal vegetables
