Starters

Home made duck liver and orange pate, served with a redcurrant and port wine sauce and hot toasted baguette                                  
Sauteed baby button mushrooms in a rich garlic and fresh cream sauce, glazed with a mild cheese fondue (v)
Fresh crab and crayfish bound with a delicate dill mayonnaise, served on mixed leaves under a blanket of smoked salmon
Home made hot and warming soup of the day, served with its own traditional garnish (v)
Chilled melon and tropical fruit terrine set in a rhubarb jelly, topped with a port wine gratine

Main Courses

Poached prime fillet of salmon on wilted spinach, served with herb mash, glazed with a thermador sauce
Paupiette of tender loin of pork, filled with a mild welsh rarebit, encased in a light crumb and served with a bean cassoulet
Sauteed supreme of corn fed chicken in a creamy button mushroom and tarragon sauce, garnished with marquise potatoes and french bean parcels
Fresh spinach and pak choi pancake, glazed with a mild goat’s cheese fondue, infused with fresh herbs (v)
Prime medallions of beef fillet, cooked to your liking, served with sauteed new potatoes and dressed with a mild sweet pimento and chilli sauce
Tomato and black olive risotto, topped with roasted peppers and parmesan shavings (v)

Passionfriut creme brulee served with home made lemon shortbread
Crepes Suzette – wafer thin pancakes served with a steaming hot orange caramel and Grand Marnier sauce
